re: toxo vs tox AUboat - as far as I'm aware, the shares must be transferred into the SMSF or bought while in there to get the CGT concessions. Once you realize the capital gain outside the fund, you'd be liable for the CGT.

But I'm neither an accountant nor a superannuation expert, so I stand corrected if I'm mistaken.
