With the first funding instalment to be released by 26 May and before the end of May as a worst case as stated in the previous IGE announcement, we can within the next six days, see the end of the rocky road that has been and look forward to management arousing the respect and approval of all, including the doubting thomas' and we will be on our way as a part of this admirable endeavour.
