its good to have this article in the public domain for public discussion. shareholder on non shareholder. this is not a good story for dairy industry or asx in general , no one wants directors like this operating asx listed companies. its because of the actions of the directors in their a past the listing rules and conditions keep getting harder and more complex to list. great if it stopping the questionable ones but not so great for the honest ones.

I said it looked a absolute mess months ago I posted links to some of the same stories re fertiliser saga. it did not take long to find doing a quick look a director history , and saved me lot of money as a potential shareholder and also at the time it really surprised a few who had no idea of there past who quickly jumped on board as a long term investment. if definitely sounded to good to be true, and a organic farm in Fiji.... . when they cant sort Australian operations...
it also show one these days one should be much disciplined in their investments and not to rush into anything to quick . we have all been there.
