Let me repeat: Personal issues or not, I tend to behave according to the role I am.
I have no difficulty divorcing myself from anything I don't want to do. I can focus quite easily.
That said, there need to be the same treatment for everyone in a particular case. And obviously sooner or later one may meet up with somebody with whom there were issues with. That can't be avoided.
There are of course unpleasant people who will blame me even for the slightest hairsinging of someone.
H/C will take into account factors such as time spent with H/C. They make the decision of course.
