$50 or $60 an ounce is horrible, whoever gets it. That's on top of interest? And this is just to raise $60M+ for a takeover?
ye gods. Do the maths. How many ounces do they have? 50M? $2.5B in royalties.
Then they have to raise, oh, couple of hundred mil to build a plant, and then they have to make the stuff consistently, and cheaply enough, and pay the interest...wow. That's being bent over a barrel, no mistake.
