Carpenter was the Minister responsible for the leases when it was granted and Carpenter was the Minister to whom RIO first approached the Government on this subject and the Carpenter became Premier and the Judge would have us believe ( IN HIS OPINION no facts) that RIO would not continue discussions with Carpenter the same person to whom they pored their bleeding hearts out to. THESE DICISIONS MAKE W.A. LOOK LIKE A JOKE AS FAR A JUSTICE IS CONCERNED.
