My opinion.
As time goes on,where the processing plant will be built,is going to become very interesting.
It will be a different plant processing different elements.
The Plant will take about 4 yrs to build..about due for another ELECTION,so i presume Malaysia is out.
Unless we are all prepared to go through this again.
