The decision by MA to go on site and "get his hands dirty" gives me confidence this company is actually trying to get it right.
Too often mining companies are run from a comfortable office in the city and actual problems are raised through a chain of command, are never properly addressed and solutions are also delivered back by the same chain ineffively.
Improvement in the grade and quantity of ore processed through the mill is the key to profitibility as previously explained. I think everyone agrees with this. The main challenge for management is to deliver, and success or failure will determine the fate of this company.
I still have hope they can get it right and will stay with the "big boys" and ride it out.
Anyone contemplating investing in this company should do their own research as great risks exist.
