IMHO one reason NWT has not done well in the past is no real Blue Chip backing. People were worried they would run out of cash and I think it was fine, could have gone either way and there is the risk.
We're well past that now, without any more big deals (there are many more I'd bet in any case) so if someone put $$$ in the confidence would push the SP up, up regardless of (for example) 3b shares, then at some time soon after you'd see a share consolidation of possibly 10-1.
Put another way if everyone wants to pump money in they must think they're on a winner and the market likes a winner.
