Why is the ICJ declaration that Israel is illegally occupying Palestinian Territory never ever mentioned.

Shadow Home Affairs Minister James Paterson acknowledges the Coalition's position on a ceasefire deal in the Middle East isn't in line with Australia's main ally, the United States.Appearing on ABC's Insiders program, Paterson says the Coalition would only support a ceasefire deal if a range of conditions are met, including the degradation of Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the release of hostages taken captive after the October 7 Hamas terror attacks. The statement puts the Coalition at odds with the federal government, the leaders of the G7 and the Biden administration, which are all calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
