It seems the number of Palestinians killed in Israel on October 7 is a secret. Israel must know how many dead Palestinians were found in Israel. Some were combatants and other were civilians that wandered through the broken wall, possibly with intention of loot and plunder.

My question is why is the number of Palestinians kill never ever mentioned? Especially since it almost certainly out numbers the number of Israelis killed by a significant factor.
