IFM...knows how to grow the customer base but not necessarily the topline or the bottom line which means that it is operating at reduced margins (read discounting). Not the best solution at a time when the profit result gets eaten away by exchange differences.
Time to radically restructure this company and stop the death by quiet asphyxiation.
If 80% of revenue is written in USD and 80% of expenses are in AUD I'm afraid there is even more bad news coming as we head towards parity with the USD.
Gary Martin...time to take the company to the US or rip up the USD contracts and write them in AUD.
THe alternative is not to line extend and add new products.
