If NEU are now open to this next step internal phase 3, could talk of licensing out each indication shake a potential takeover prospect or 2 out of the trees?
If NEU, takes that auction path for each indication, getting the whole box and dice would be highly unlikely once underway, for an entity that covets the whole cake.
NEU then has heaps of $$ upfronts and 20+% income $$ rolling in for shareholders. Unless, someone decides they want it all prior.
