Did NEU make a mistake by indicating that they would not be prepared to consider any offers until after the FDA meeting?
Has that been the catalyst for the $10 decline in the SP?
Did giving potential acquirers that information allow them to subsequently control the situation and potentially drop an acceptable t/o price by $1 billion+?
I just have the feeling that NEU is not as firmly planted in the drivers seat as should be the case given the NNZ2591 results.
