I am in total agreement Turbo.
My comments re a DCF valuation are connected to your line of thought.
We may not have enough ammo to achieve a DCF valued takeover at present (multiple times current SP). As the progression of P3 trial design, undisclosed in vitro conditions tested, and even initiation of a P3 unfolds, could cause substantial SP appreciation and result in a T/O nearer to a fair DCF valuation.
