I support the overall sentiment however caution against any assumptions as to what the board might recommend, mainly to avoid potential disappointment. The company HAVE to have multiple plans, including a go it alone scenario and HAVE to (and should!) project an air of confidence. They can’t just sit around twiddling their thumbs hoping an offer is lobbed. I would suggest that their price is a premium on whatever our internal valuation is telling them and unfortunately this may be a long way from $100.
