Do you think MSB got punished because its not an American pharma?
I was told that it was because they couldn't follow the FDA's instructions on how to run their trials, that is how it was explained to me.
I personally formed the view that because it's a Stem Cell therapy and most likely a "one and done" treatment, they are not good for business, especially when your business model requires lifelong treatments
