I was going to reply but thought others would before me.
I my view Jefferies is engaged to maintain and provide a view of Neuren's current valuation.
My guess is that offers have been coming for quite some time- before Jefferies were engaged, and they are there to advise the Board on the acceptability of said offers.
Neuren have a view of our valuation, and will keep progressing not trials for all indications until that valuation is met...
