Yes obviously revenue would be impacted in the H2 results as they have disclosed. I am comfortable with the reason provided as BUBs also gave the same explanation for their quarterly results. The main thing for me is that their margin % rates are improving. The quarterly only provides cash flow performance not financial performance. The negative cash flow from operations means less receipts from customers compared to payments to suppliers. They explained that there were a number of upfront payments to suppliers so my hope is that they have increased inventory levels from not being able sell what was produced due to the distribution problem. If margin %s are ok then it's just a matter of time before distribution channels are back online or new ones made. The full year financial statements should provide further details on this.
