    Story in our local paper (the border mail) how hard some double income families are doing it.
    Two page spread
    He works at the army...public servant ....happy days and the MRS part time as a nurse.
    The rate rises are killing them,can afford the kids excursions but only just,got a pay rise but not enough to keep up blah blah blah
    I bet he is home @ 3.09 every day.
    Fair dinkum when did constant whinging become acceptable?
