Sydney. It isn't an opinion, it's acknowledgement of a possibility. I expect the loan restructure will go ahead but the terms of that restructure will need close scrutiny. Negotiation of those terms will be what is taking time.
The market will become very jittery if the loan restructure is not announced this month.
