Why do you post like this? It a ludicrous scenario, or series of ludicrous scenarios, fully explaining why you need someone to interpret a 12 page report that your husband paid for.
Not only does it ignore all commercial realities, no mention is made of why Lynas is in financial difficulty which is that the LAMP isn't working properly. Lots of people with more money than sense throwing cash at the company doesn't solve the fundamental financial trouble:
NO PROFIT, NO +VE CASH FLOW.
