What if the power company came to you and said , you have to reduce your power usage, due to the house at the end of the street using most of the power available? They run 4 aircons 24/7 a pool pump, etc Then they impose a fine or tax you a levy on power over a certain amount per day ? Considering the person down the road is just a household like yours?
Most would fight back, now imagine Australia is your house , and the one down the road is China. We in Australia are taxed more on climate change yet we are one of the smallest contributors to the problem. What do the Chinese people pay for Power? They keep building more coal power stations , so then we get taxed more and more...
Something not right ... yet government seems to think thats fair for us. They are in power to actually look after us. Asleep at the wheel as usual
