According to Rohan Hockings, yes.
My notes from the investor call have it mentioned twice.
Early in the call, Rohan mentioned that PYC has built capacity in-house to develop the ASO cargo. Alternatively, PYC could in-license the cargo or out-license the CPP to other parties, which he said would be done if it didn’t own the IP.
Further in the call, in answer to a question about whether the cargo would be in-licensed, he said that it was possible, but that it was also possible for PYC to design its own cargo.
