Checking across the board, looks like someone has just said "go" to the whole smallcap gold sector ........ led by peer group leader NCM's apparent breakout yesterday.
Meanwhile POG hovers right at the critical pivotal point (875 now?) so very good for mine to see the stox move ahead of POG in anticipation of a revrsal confirmation near term (???)
And now with DEFLATION the flavour of the month with the US politicos, reckon a higher "inflationary" lead like new upwave in POG will be WANTED to ease the concerns ..... we have way oveershot on the "D" word and need some kinda rebalance IMO.
Hence the gold sector warming up ?????
U gotta look at the macros for the likely backdrop to help with investment MO .... thats the FIRST consideration and then u try and pick the eyes outa the sector likely to benefit.
Flavour of the coming Q1 is gold IMO and we need to see POG break UP next and keep moving to set a new uptrend channel ....... threating now.
