Genner has an obligation to inform shareholders & the market. Monoco was announced after a trading halt ie material to share-price., - yes we all know it was a scam to get options exercised & placement away.
An update on this issue should be forthcoming & if its altogether off then market should be informed. Likewise with the goose-brained mid-east captal raising at 8c for half the company!
As I've alluded to previously Genner called off DD from a party that was going to put in $1M preparatory to bringing market back up to 20c merging with another biometric technology & listing on AIM to raise 20M. He called off their DD claiming a $50M deal was 3 weeks away - that was August hence the guy extinguished any scant trace of credibility he still had with me.
This will be raised at the AGM!
