For once, I agree that we should send a very clear signal to management. For first time in the several years I've been holding BQT, I'm really fed up with the greed of management, which does not reflect in any way the state of progress.

Let me make it clear, I still have confidence in the company, its technology and the essential integrity of the management. But the presentation of announcements and the conduct of cartain dealings (e.g., the Manoco fiasco) is inept, and certainly not deserving of the proposed rewards.

Fat salaries are one thing. Big share options are another. But grabbing both together - year, after year - without genuine added value being demonstrated to the shareholders, must be given the thumbs down... at least!

I shall be voting against all the option issues on this occasion. That's only another 1/3 million, but every vote counts!
