Peter, I think you are quite right, but add to the list Afrens dill next year, that will have a similar effect to a run up to our drill and a similar effect if they drill a duster (or a gusher). Si I would shorten the time frame to 9 months.
The only way from here is a steady climb in price.
(Having said all of that took some that I bought under 2 cents off the table this week, a profit is a profit)
