I'm sure you're right about Len and Blinderman having respect for each other, but I don't believe for a second that is why Ergo and Linc aren't working together.

We'll probably never know with 100% certainty, but I think it's pretty clear from what has unfolded, that it was Linc that broke off the agreement to pursue the development of their own technology and IP.

None of that matters though anyway, I'm sure Cougar and Ergo will be successful together. But it will be interesting to find out what it's going to cost Cougar for the technology.
