use of the words "ends", "declining". By reading these, I can sense some "bad relationship" between LNC and Ergo. Ergo even used two posts to cut off its relationship with LNC....Woooo

December 5, 2006 - Ergo Exergy agrees to co-operate with Cougar Energy (Australia)

Ergo Exergy agrees to co-operate with Cougar Energy Pty Ltd (Australia) in the development of Underground Coal Gasification projects in several states of Australia using coal resources on tenements controlled by Cougar Energy. Cougar Energy is a 100% owned subsidiary of Pinnacle VRB Limited, a company listed on Australian Stock Exchange. The drilling program on the Kingaroy tenement (Queensland) is starting on December 18, 2006.

November 10, 2006 - Ergo Exergy terminates provision of UCG services to Linc Energy Ltd (Queensland, Australia).

Ergo Exergy formally confirms that provision of its UCG services to Linc Energy Ltd has been terminated on November 03, 2006. This concludes the process of disassociation initiated by Ergo Exergy on September 22, 2006. Ergo Exergy will no longer operate the Chinchilla site or provide its technical expertise to Linc Energy. Ergo Exergy continues to focus on implementation of our εUCG™ technology in multiple commercial projects that are currently under development in Canada, South Africa, USA, Europe, India, China, New Zealand, Australia and other countries.

September 23, 2006 - Ergo Exergy terminates arrangements to provide εUCG™ technology to Linc Energy Ltd (Queensland, Australia).

Ergo Exergy ends tentative business arrangements for provision of our εUCG™ technology to Linc Energy Ltd (Queensland, Australia) by declining to further extend the arrangements that expired on September 22, 2006. For the time being, Ergo Exergy continues to provide UCG services to Linc Energy on an interim basis.
