    Forgot to mention, I think the rest of your post is full of holes.

    GCN has nothing to do with P1 buying INS. I believe P1 will be using INS as a shell company to sell insurance online. This is IMO only. Please tell us how this transaction will impact GCN in a negative way. I don't believe GCN has to contribute any $$$ to this deal. What makes you think otherwise?
