well I can't disagree with any of those points. and I've raised two of those in this discussion myself but construction companies and the construction workers are in a symbiotic culture of cash in hand deals. its always been so.
and with decommissioning the examples of coal mines are not one to follow. at least coal power station cleaned up after their finished. its a tricky issue, particularly if it changes hands across the 50 years of operation.
my main concern has been disposition of waste. if a nuclear plant is to be built it must have a credible waste management system that doesn't increase the burden on the community. any govt wanting to develop nuke here must ensure that is part of the deal.
