Glad to see HDF dothe smart thing and reinstitute the drp. I have been talking about this for a couple of months. This should have a significant impact on debt as the insto's which now dominate the register will mostly take it up.

Although the funding is pricey (although not as bad as previously reported), gettting Stage 3 off the ground is the important thing at this stage.
