But who's going to want your IBR shares. Not TMR or the two investors that hold 11.40%, so who?
As long as those two investors continue to hold 11.40% (the balance of power) then your shares are meaningless and if one or both decide to sell up to TMR then your shares will be worthless.
I just don't see the upside for the 2.39% IBR holders and you have yet to convince me otherwise.
