Knowledge, as a long term holder of IBR i can remember a discussion with you on that thread where you stated that he management of IBR had done very well and created wealth for us all (which clearly they hadnt). Now you think they have sold us out? Which is it? If you had got 16:1 TMR shares as you wanted, how many TMR shares would be on issue now? What would the share price drop to then?
The assets of IBR are the assets, they are the same if they are in TMR or in IBR. If there is value in the assets they will come through in TMR anyway.
You come across as someone who intends to sell out if you get the higher amount for your shares. in other words u get 6 times your shares and then flog them off the next day. If this is not true, why will you hold TMR if you think it is so cr.ap?
