Losers just like TMR is now the loser with a 14% blocking stake now worth a premium to anyone wanting a substantial holding in a pure gold company with enormous upside. If this happens TMR would find itself having to hand over the other 86% to a major gold company or risk losing TMR itself in a take-over.
Denying the IBR shareholders fair value was not a real good idea Hugh, we will see if it doesn't cost you TMR as well.
TMR share price will not hold up now with 950M shares on issue, no money in the bank, bugger all cash flow, 86% of Iberian and unable to take their $9M cash but worst of all unable to make any major decisions relating to Iberian without minority shareholder approval with the new Corporations Act laws protecting minority shareholder interests and also unable to dilute minority shareholders.
Rather a bleak winter in the woods !!
