You are starting to see new lows tested now and expect to see PRR going sub 4 cents this week. There are no announcements now due to see a positive spike so you should consider strongly exiting the stock.
The only announcement due is a capital raising. As you mentioned you now have a situation where the company will go broke without the raising.
With these desperate times do not expect the company to look after shareholders. They will do anything to survive.
