This is my first post here. I owned shares in both companies, but can't believe the share price chart. Can the company buy its own shares on the quiet without making any announcement about it ? They are certainly cheap, so it would be money well spent.
At this price they have to be rated a buy. The share price has gone down to such a low level you would think the company is heading towards bankruptcy...ridiculous !
Maybe the whiff of the company going on a $4B acquisition spree has spooked shareholders. I certainly do not like the idea of borrowing money, something that has not been done before by Zinifex anyway (not sure about Oxiana).
But share buy back....I like that idea.
