Phase 1 & 2 seem to have been a re-hash of something that was discovered about 100 years ago.

Hardly a new discovery, especially since everyone and their dog has had a go at it since.

I'll be really watching to see what Phase 3 targets.

Regarding infalliable exploration or "as infallible as possible"; I wish I had known about such a thing 48 years ago as I would probably be better off than I am now. Imagine the riches to be discovered.
