The market cap/no of shares is good. The tenements promising but there is always the question about the possible movement of assets without gain by the new board and little product development. As background it is worthwhile to read The Takeover Panel – Reason for Decision through Google and work out whether or not we are protected now. More communication is required as some feel like mushrooms in the dark..
