Until recently my partner was an Emergency Relief worker for a major charity and it's amazing what a nice little living you can make popping out the kids and relying on welfare handouts. They do the rounds of to the charities when all the bills are due with the kids in tow,so they learn the system for the future ,asking for shopping vouchers and varios other handouts to supplement their income.They turn their nose up when offered tin food.
Who do you think those christmas hampers go to and whose kids have their names under K Marts wishing tree?You'd be amazed how much some of these people are bringing home.
I go to Tafe with a woman with 11 kids and .Her and her partner are unemployed and she spends $100 s each week buying designer jewellery etc for herself on ebay.
This all got worse when the GST was introduced and Jo Ho has been throwing more money their way courting the western suburbs vote .
