I am making the comparison between westfield WDC and us. We are in essentially the same game, though we don't have the overseas exposure anymore....what would it take for us to have a sp increase like WDC's? Mind you i should not complain; we are on a P/E of 23 and WDC is 16.5...presumably the CRF sp is static right now while the mkt waits to see if an inc in our bottomline in the coming months will move us towards the market average P/E? On that basis, we should not expect much sp inc for quite a while yet....
