I share your view in spite of the fact that I have been pretty positive and still am, on FAR. Fact is FAR cannot report to the public step by step of what they are doing, as a lot of the actions behind the scene has to be confidential or may be the party that FAR is negotiating with might have requested that; so it might not be FAR's doing.

If that is any consolation, and people like us having been thru it with HDR, probably could understand the silence a bit more. I think the day of $2.12 is coming, (not discounting any of the the scenarios discussed here either). There seems to be a typical ML methodology at work with the SP.

Anyhow, it's only another two weeks and all will be revealed. May be our next coming discussion thread on HC would be "cash or share script".
