Frank is back from Zambia, we have been told to expect a decision next week. Frank met with the new Environment Minister who is going to be briefed by the outgoing Minister, Wylbur Simuusa (who is a supporter of the project) and was told that 12 months was too long to be waiting for a decision and that he would make it before the end of the month (but we are expecting to hear by the end of next week). The market will be informed either way immediately.
