Not even Christians can agree on that issue, it appears.

Because --> 2 Thes 2:10-11 - And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

It's as clear as a bell, in the OT the prophesies about Jesus they are clearly part of the plan within God, as in the hidden mystery IN God Eph 3:9 --> meaning, there is no hint that Jesus pre-existed in any way shape or form, other than in this plan of God.
But no, they reject that for the reasons mentioned in 2 Thes.
Jesus and mores so in the Greek, makes a very clear distinction between the likes of, I came out from, forth from God and sent into the world.
Out from, forth from (Eph 3:9) is clear via the word of God to Mary and sent, after 20 plus years of being led and taught via God and then baptized for the Purpose of spreading the good news.
Jesus makes it very clear, gives the same example of how he was led and taught and then sent into the world, as in, even as he was sent, likewise he did the same for others John 17:18.
He says, these are not of this world, meaning they are of God, of the above, BUT,...like him, they never pre-existed.

Not to mention, prior to Jesus, the word Logos pretty much, equally had the meanings of the likes of, thought, reason etc as it does mean, your spoken word.
But it appears some Greek Philosopher got creative with it, hence they all fall head over heels with the trap of John 1:1.
Back in time, any Jew that come along and read the first 13 verses of John would say, yep, we are fully aware of all this, God and His Word.
They ignore the OT, the likes of Mal 3:1 where it is clear that John was at first to prepare the way, make the path straight (Give the current truths, basics), for God and he does this in the first 13 Verses.

If John was speaking of Jesus prior to John 1:14, He simply would have said --> In the Beginning was Jesus.............

But lets get real, most Christian's fall for this nonsense, so logic and commonsense should tell one, something extraordinary, or unexplainable is causing this.
OR,... it is simply the Power of pre-set seeds, near on impossible to remove.
