For someone who flames another for being "GOD" and daring to have an opinion on something, you seem to do the very same thing yourself.

The word "hypocrite" comes to mind.

In the absence of any modicum of disclosure from the company itself, here's a scenario:

- Project development in the 2H07 slows from projected record, due to cheap MBS funding being restricted (read: had to borrow from a local bank, at a higher rate of interest.

- The bank has a lot of commitments, therefore it wasn't able to lend us enough to expand our project volume as much as we...well...projected.

- The money they offered us was at a higher rate of interest (therefore lower profitability) than in previous years.

- Profit from revaluations decreased markedly (my guess would be halved) in 2H07, due to the fact that most people can't afford $1m for a shoebox in middle of road.

- Dividends will no longer be 16.5c.

Five projections. In the absence of a skerrick of information from the Company, let's see how many I get right.
