Friday just reinforced how technically weak the DOW is at the moment.
On a rising day, with good volume, it couldn't even breach its power downtrend line and closed lower than it's best price of the day. This is despite technical indicators showing it to be oversold (or close to it).
All in all, I see nothing which says to me it should move higher. I see far more telling me it's vunerable and weak.
