What the heck is this all about then, it's too weird.

You either sell the mineral rights to the land or not, you don't split it up based on depth measurements, that's just plain ridiculous to me, though obviously not to many other people.

Not only that, but even the first 150m are subject a 3% net smelter royalty.

I'm sorry, but I just can't take seriously, or get interested in a stock, that cannot dig deeper than 150m, it's too much of a constraint, and even then they have to pay a royalty on the restraint.

And is someone going to be down in the pit constantly measuring the depth of mining and extraction?

I can see all kinds of legal problems coming up here in the future with regard to this.
What if Avalon accuse VML of taking soil from the 151m to the 153m level, how is that dispute going to play out?
It's all crazy really.

It may do well, and I hope it does, I was seriously looking at it, but it sure pays to do the research.

It also has over 2 billion shares out and has a higher than warranted market cap in my opinion, especially when considering the constraints under which they are operating.

I think that in the long term, the value in the stock is the higher grade Tanzanian project, but then again, the problem there is the mining regime, and the excessive free carried provisions for the government, and the very high taxes, it's not a great jurisdiction to make profits from, it's hell in Tanzania, you spend hundreds of millions on a project and you are only allowed to take less than 50% of the revenue/profits, and probably something closer to 45%.

It's all a pity, because the management team here are first rate.

and yes someone will be taking depth measurements it’s called surveyors they play an important role in mining
