It almost seemed credible till you started talking about VML taking soil from the 151m level. Firstly, 'soil'.. you obviously don't work in mining.
Secondly, as long as the project economics stacks up with the ore body they own, why need any more dirt? Similar to when an ore body stretches across multiple tenements with multiple owners. As long as one owner has enough dirt for project economics to stack up, then the project is a goer.
And yes, of course someone will be constantly measuring the depth of mining and extraction. Surveyors. Obviously.
