Ok that's very different then, thanks for the clarifications. Steve bringing up that DFS CAPEX (and saying $1.5B is nice looking..??) spooked me, thought I had missed something.
Really like the strategy then. Low capex start, cashflow to fund future developments. I think this management team delivers. I only think things get more bullish for RE, sit and wait.
Looking forward to the BOAs. Huge value here really...
